Tom has lived in Dorset for 45 years and Milton Abbas for 25 years, and has been on the Parish council for almost 20 years.

He has been active in the formation of the play park committee and its past funding for replacement equipment and its future funding. He is also active in  the Milton Abbas health and disability fund.
